NLECTC-Rocky Mountain developed Field Search for use by agencies as part of an overall strategy to gather computer use information to diagnose, treat, monitor, and manage the sex offender in the community. Field Search is designed specifically to help nontechnical probation and parole officers quickly and efficiently search an offenders' computer and create a detailed report of their findings. This software is provided free of charge to community corrections agencies. However, Field Search should be approved for use and supported by your agency's policies and procedures before it is used in the field.
Please fill out the form below to request the Field Search software. Your request will be answered within 5 business days.
Please note that in order to process your request we require your agency/organization e-mail address. A personal e-mail account may be used if you do not have an e-mail account through your agency/organization. However, you will need to make that request on your agency's/organization's letterhead. Please include in the correspondence your reason(s) for requesting access to Field Search, reason(s) you cannot use your agency's/organization's e-mail account, and the personal e-mail address you would like to use to receive the software.
FOREIGN REQUESTS: Requests from organizations outside of the United States are handled in a case-by-case manner and must be accompanied by a formal letter on official agency letterhead.
Please fax your personal e-mail address or foreign organization request to Joe Russo at 720-228-4048.
If your request is approved, you will receive an e-mail that contains a weblink where you can go to download the software and an assigned password. Once there, you will be prompted to enter a user id (which is the e-mail address you used to request the software) and the assigned password.
Please note: when entering your information in the fields below, the system recognizes only these characters (a-z, A-Z, 0-9, comma(,), dash(-), period(.), and underscore(_)).
